Artist Statement -

"This collection began a few years ago with a desire to create more spontaneous, direct images moving away from my longer-evolving geometric paintings. 

Rediscovering printmaking after many years, I embraced the freedom of woodcuts to explore new ways of interacting with the figure/field relationship. My fascination with owls—shapes, markings, and their elusive nature led me to create a body of work that captures their quirky almost human-like spirit."

Some of Peter's recent geometric drawings and paintings will also be on display with his owls.
