Artist - Lorraine Rastorfer

Lorraine Rastorfer was awarded Master of Fine Arts ( First Class Hons )1992, from Elam School of Fine Arts, Auckland University and has exhibited regularly since. She has won numerous awards and research grants for her painting including CoCA/Anthony Harper National Contemporary Art Award, (2005), Art Waikato National Painting and Printmaking Award (2002), and Visa Gold/Wallace Art Award (Runner-up 1992). Rastorfer has held 28 solo shows and participated in over 70 group exhibitions. Her work is represented in many collections and has been extensively reviewed.
